What if your vehicle came equipped with a personal assistant that could help with calendar updates, commute times, temperature control and even recommend gas stations on your route?

The Genesis Intelligent Assistant app combines the convenience of using your smartphone with the features of Genesis Connected Services, plus vehicle health tools to bring you a whole new level of education and benefits. With the touch of a button on your phone, you can schedule the Service Valet or call for Enhanced Roadside Assistance. Owners can also view their monthly Vehicle Health reports, use Remote Start or access FAQs. You can even use your smartwatch for many remote options such as vehicle status and locator.

Everything you need is right where you need it, when you need it. Maybe the Genesis Intelligent Assistant is better than a real assistant!


Getting Started FAQS

You will need your account email and Security Question and Answer.

If you do not remember your Security Question/Answer, you will need the zip code and phone number or the last six digits and zip code linked to the account.


The password reset link will be sent to your account email address.

Also please check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive the email in your inbox.


There is currently no support available on the mobile application. The mobile app will redirect you to the MyGenesis site.


Yes, you can use your landline number to generate the verification code. However, the verification code will be sent only to your email.


Go to your MyGenesis account at HTTPS://OWNERS.GENESIS.COM/US/EN/INDEX.HTML and click on the “Forgot Password?” link. Enter your email address in the prompt, answer the security question and then click “Next.” If you’ve forgotten your security answer select “Recieve Verification Code” and follow the prompts. If you’ve answered the security questions correctly, continue to follow the “Forgot Password” prompts until you have successfully created your new password.


You can change your mailing address, phone number, email, or password by logging into MyGenesis.com https://owners.genesis.com/us/en/index.html. Once you have logged in you can navigate to the "My Account" page found in the hamburger menu located in the upper right corner of the page or you can click on "My Account" located in the footer at the bottom of the page. Under the "My Profile" tab you can click on the "Edit" link for each respective area and proceed with your updates as needed.


You will have 3 attempts to complete SQA. If all three attempts are incorrect, the account will be locked for 10 minutes.


At the time of this writing, the All Access Subscription as offered in the free trial is $20.99 per month. There is a wide range of available subscriptions with subscription prices ranging from $8.00 to $21.99 per month. Go to SiriusXM.com for more information.

You will unlock even more SiriusXM when you do. There are many online-only channels that you will hear. You’ll be able to create your own ad-free Personalized Stations Powered by Pandora. You’ll hear over 100 ad-free Xtra channels filled with music for any mood. You can even watch SiriusXM video. Yes. With an All Access trial or paid subscription, you can enjoy SiriusXM on your phone, online or at home on connected devices such as Amazon Alexa, Apple TV, smart TVs, Sonos wireless speaker system, Sony PlayStation, and Roku among others.

Listed below are important basic Bluetooth commands. Please note that this is only a basic outline of instructions. For more detailed directions, refer to your Owner’s Manual, Navigation User’s Manual, or Driver Information System (DIS) User’s Manual.

  • Pair your phone to the Bluetooth System: Since every phone has a different set of pairing instructions, CLICK HERE to get step by step directions specific to your phone
  • Make a call: Below is a basic outline of how to make calls:
    1. Press the talk button located on the steering wheel.
    2. Listen for a noise and radio display that indicates the Bluetooth is listening.
    3. If you wish to call a contact saved in your phone, say “Call (name).” Make sure you say the name exactly how it is stored in your phone. If you have more than one number saved for that contact, the Bluetooth will ask “home,” “office,” “mobile,” etc. State your selection.
    4. If you wish to call a number, say “Call number.” After the Bluetooth asks for the number, say the phone number. The Bluetooth will then reply with the phone number to ensure it is correct. Say “Dial” to call that number.
  • Receive a call: When you receive a call, you will hear a ring tone through the audio system. The message “INCOMING” and the caller ID will appear on the screen (depending on the model). To answer, press the SEND button located on the steering wheel.
  • End a call: When you have finished a phone call, end the call by pressing the END button located on the steering wheel.

Connected Care is a suite of safety and car care features providing Genesis owners with services such as Automatic Collision Notification, SOS Emergency Assistance, Enhanced Roadside Assistance, Monthly Vehicle Reports and Maintenance Alerts.
